COPIES OF DOCKET CARDS AND CLAIMS REGISTERS
Copies of official court dockets and claims registers are available upon request. Copies cost 50 cents per page, payable at the time of pickup. Copies not picked up within three days of a request will be discarded. Note that the PACER terminal located on the public counter provides you with case and docket information (including claims registers, if applicable), and printouts may be obtained at 10 cents per page.
COPIES OF COURT PROCEEDINGS:
Court Hearings - Hard Copy Transcripts, Copies of Audio Recordings as a CD
- Copies of official transcripts already on file with the court are available through the PACER Service Center and/or the Clerk's Office as provided in the Procedures Governing the Electronic Availability and Redaction of Transcripts.
- Fees for Transcripts are set by the Judicial Conference of the United States (Link to Transcript fee rates.) (The Court does not have the ability to provide Real Time Transcripts.)
- Fees for an Audio Recording to CD may be found on the Bankruptcy Court Fees Quick Reference.
- A specific word index is generally not included with a transcript unless requested. Any request that a transcript include a specific word index should be made at the time the transcript is ordered.

SEC. 341 MEETING OF CREDITORS:
Contact the Office of the U.S. Trustee for information as to how to obtain a copy of a tape recording of a particular meeting. Generally these tapes are retained for a two year period.
REQUESTING A CERTIFIED COPY OF A CASE DOCUMENT
Registered ECF Users: ECF Users may file a request for up to five (5) certified copies (documents or claims) in a single case or proceeding, and pay the fee online. Once received, the Court will process the request and mail the certified copies to the attorney. ECF Users may access the Request for Certified Copy event using the search field from the blue ECF Menu Bar at the top of the page or by selecting Misc/Other under either the Bankruptcy or Adversary Menus.
Non-registered ECF Users/All Others: You may mail a written request, along with a $34.00 per document search fee plus a photocopy fee of $ .50 cents per page or a printing fee of $.10 per page if the document is in electronic form. The fee for certification is $12.00. Please include the case name, case number, filing date, and the title of the specific documents which you wish to have copied. In addition, please include your name, address and daytime telephone number. Mail your request to the appropriate Clerk's Office location at which the case was filed, along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) for return mailing. You may also obtain copies at the court for the photocopy fee of $ .50 cents per page or a printing fee of $.10 per page if the document is in electronic form. If you wish to visit the court, there is no $34.00 search fee. The fee for certification is $12.00. The court accepts payment in the form of either a bank cashier's check or money order made payable to: Clerk, United States Bankruptcy Court. No personal checks will be accepted.
