Hearings at the Court may be in-person at one of the Court’s three locations, virtual (by telephone or video or both), or hybrid (the participant may choose whether to attend in-person or virtually). Each hearing notice on the case docket will indicate if the hearing is in-person only, virtual, or hybrid. Participants are urged to read the hearing notice carefully and call the Court if they are unclear about the type of hearing. To attend the hearing by telephone or video, the platform will be Zoom.
