BNC Notice & Service Disruption
The Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) is experiencing a service disruption nationwide, and the delivery of electronic and paper notices has been interrupted. We believe notices requested to be sent after October 6, 2026, were affected. BAE Systems, the contractor that services the BNC, is actively investigating the disruption and is working to restore services, but the interruption is ongoing.
The Court’s CM/ECF Notice of Electronic Filing (NEF) email system continues to operate normally and counsel of record in any open case should continue to receive NEFs via email.
Further updates will be provided as they are received.
