Local Bankruptcy Rules
Massachusetts Local Bankruptcy Rules effective 8/01/2016
- In September 2024, the Court issued the Proposed Amendments to the Local Bankruptcy Rules and a notice inviting comments to the proposed amendments. The Court reviewed and incorporated the comments as appropriate and has transmitted the Updated Proposed Amendments to the Local Bankruptcy Rules to the U.S. district Court for the District of Massachusetts. These updated rules will become effective on May 1, 2025, unless notified otherwise.
