The Judicial Conference of the United States approved increases to transcript fee rates for fiscal years 2024 and 2025.  Transcripts ordered prior to October 1, 2023, will be billed at the rates in effect at the time the order was placed. 

In addition, the Judicial Conference approved modifying transcript category names, effective October 1, 2023, to ensure clarity regarding delivery timing (definitions are not changed, and no categories were added).
