The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts is pleased to announce that Janet E. Bostwick was sworn in as the Court's newest bankruptcy judge on September 27, 2019.  Judge Bostwick will preside in Boston and, with limited exceptions, has assumed the cases formerly assigned to retired Judge Joan N. Feeney.
