Regardless of the length of the ongoing lapse in appropriations, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts (the "Court") will continue to administer all cases.

The Office of the Clerk at the three courthouses of the Court will remain open during posted business hours and CM/ECF will be fully operational.
