On January 15, 2019, the Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts announced that the federal judiciary can sustain normal operations through January 25, 2019. In the event of a prolonged shutdown, the Court will provide further guidance. All proceedings and deadlines will remain in effect as scheduled, unless otherwise advised. Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) will remain in operation for the electronic filing of documents.
