United States Bankruptcy Court to Honor Volunteers Once Again

Wednesday, June 13, 2018

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts is pleased to again acknowledge the commitment of individual attorneys to pro bono legal work. Attorneys who certify that they have met the specific criteria established by the Court’s Pro Bono Legal Services Advisory Committee will receive mention on the Court’s Honor Roll.

The Court is pleased to acknowledge the pro bono service of law students. Law students who have met the criteria may submit a certification, along with the acknowledgement of the attorney supervisor. Participation in the Court’s Honor Roll is entirely voluntary.

There is no deadline to submit certifications. Attorneys and law students who submit will receive a certificate of acknowledgement and appreciation for their commitment to pro bono legal work, and will be listed on the Pro Bono Honor Roll on the Bankruptcy Court’s website. The 2018 Honor Roll will be announced October 1, 2018, the start of Pro Bono Month.
