On February 19, 2020, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts issued Standing Order 2020-1, Order Adopting Interim Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure Related to the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019. The Order, which can be found here, is effective for all cases pending and thereafter commenced.
