On November 27, 2019, the U.S. Bankruptcy for the District of Massachusetts issued Standing Order 2019-4, Order Adopting Massachusetts Local Bankruptcy Rule 3020-1 and 3022-2, Rescinding and Replacing Official Local Form 19, and Adopting Official Local Form 22. The Order, which can be found here, is effective for all cases pending and thereafter commenced.
