Effective November 27, 2018, is Standing Order 2018-04 by which Appendix 4 of the Local Bankruptcy Rules is rescinded and replaced by revised Appendix 4. Also, please note per our announcement on November 9, 2018, that on December 1, 2018, the changes to Rules 3002.1(b), 5005, 7004, 7062, 8002, 8006(c), 8007, 8010, 8011, 8013, 8015-17, 8018.1, 8021, 8022, and 9025 and Part VIII Appendix of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure will become effective. The amendments to Official Forms 411A, 411B, 417A, and 417C will also become effective on that date.
