On July 14, 2020, The Paper Store, LLC and its affiliated debtor, TPS Holdings, LLC filed for bankruptcy protection under chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. An order granting joint administration was entered on July 14, 2020, see Docket No. 19, and Case No. 20-40743-CJP was designated the lead case.
