The Judicial Conference Advisory Committees on Appellate, Bankruptcy and
Civil Rules have proposed amendments to various rules including Fed. R.
Bankr. P. 2005, 3007, 7007.1, and 9036.  Comments from the bench, bar, and
public are due by February 19, 2020.  The amendments and relevant reports
