30 Days Until NextGen (CM/ECF)
Effective September 20, 2021, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts will upgrade its Case Management/Electronic Case Files (“CM/ECF”) software to the Next Generation (“NextGen”) of CM/ECF.
NextGen requires each electronic filer to have her/his/their own individual and upgraded PACER account. If you do not have an individual PACER account, you must register for one before the court upgrades to NextGen. If you have an individual PACER account issued prior to August 11, 2014, you must upgrade the account.
UPGRADING YOUR ACCOUNT
If you have not already upgraded your account, follow these steps BEFORE SEPTEMBER 20, 2021:
