Effective December 2, 2019, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Massachusetts will begin a pilot program for a cashless policy at our Springfield Office. This policy effects those who do not file electronically; those who file electronically will continue to pay electronically. During the pilot, a debtor with an open case must pay any filing fee by cashier’s check or money order. All other parties and a debtor with a closed case, must pay a filing fee by cashier’s check, money order, personal check, or credit card.
