Today, the First Circuit Judicial Council announced Judge Edward A. Godoy (Bankr. D.P.R.) will serve as the next Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the First Circuit. Judge Godoy will be appointed upon Chief Judge Joan N. Feeney's retirement on May 17, 2019
