The Honorable Peter G. Cary, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Maine has been designated to preside over bankruptcy matters in the District of Massachusetts on a temporary basis.  Chief Judge Cary will be assigned primarily to cases in the Eastern Division.  He plans on continuing our practice of holding non-evidentiary Chapter 13 hearings telephonically.  Counsel should review hearing notices and orders for the correct dial in information for telephonic hearing or hearing location for other hearings.  For scheduling questions, you may contact Lisa Belanger at lisa_belanger@mab.uscourts.gov or (617) 748-5326.
