Starting at noon Friday March 31, 2017 until 8:00 AM Monday April 3, 2017 the CM/ECF and PACER systems of the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts will be completely unavailable.  During this period the CM/ECF and PACER systems will be moved from Boston to Washington DC as part of the national centralization project.

Be sure to file your new cases and pleadings before noon on Friday. True emergency filings can be filed by fax at 617-748-5303 and all three Clerk's Offices will be open as usual until 5:00 PM.  We will send another email if the system becomes available before Monday morning.
