On December 1, 2020, the recently approved inflationary fee adjustments to the miscellaneous fee schedules will become effective. As a result, on December 1, 2020, the Court will amend MLBR, Appendix 3, Filing Fees, to reflect the adjusted filing fees. The amended Appendix 3 can be found here.
