The Court amends Standing Order 2019-3 to clarify that it is effective as of June 17, 2019, for cases thereafter commenced. The Standing Order does not apply to cases pending as of June 17, 2019.

Additionally, the Court amends the Cover Sheet to Official Local Form 17 to highlight that the objection deadline for an OLF 17 Application for Compensation is as provided in Rule 13-7, 21 days from service, unless the Court orders otherwise.
