Returned Mail

Pursuant to MLBR 2002-4, it is responsibility of the debtor and/or debtor’s counsel to maintain the accuracy of the master mailing matrix and any amendments to it. Notices sent by the Court or the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) that are found to be undeliverable will generate a Notice of Undeliverable Mail to the Debtor/Debtor’s Attorney; that notice will be delivered either by email notification or regular mail. The debtor’s attorney, or the debtor if pro se, must attempt to correct any incorrect addresses, resend the returned notices and notify the Court as to the address corrections.
