Important Court Updates Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts remains open. The offices in Boston, Worcester and Springfield are open to the public from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 pm. Other than in person, information on how to file pleadings can be found in Third Amended Standing Order 2020-03. Unless otherwise provided in the Notice of Hearing, all hearings are being conducted either telephonically or by video and information about such hearings can be found below.

As of March 7, 2022, masking is no longer required in the public spaces and office of the Court. See General Order 2022-01 and General Orders 22-1 and 22-2 of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
