Register for the ECF Training Program

Please complete the form below and submit it to the Court. Although we will try to accommodate your request, our classroom space is limited and we cannot guarantee your attendance in any particular program.

This form must be completed separately for each person attending training. Non-attorney's must provide the bar/state id of the attorney sponsoring their attendance.

Finally, please remember to mail to the court a completed and signed Attorney Certification Form. The Court cannot consider your training request without receiving this document. Faxed or emailed copies are not accepted.
