(FRC) Federal Records Center File Storage

The Federal Records Center (FRC) in Waltham is the repository for closed cases. Upon payment of the required fee, files in storage may be recalled to the court for review.

The Federal Records Center (FRC) located at 380 Trapelo Road, in Waltham, Massachusetts has greatly expanded their services to the public. Case access and location information is available in Waltham. You may review files directly in Waltham or the FRC staff will research files, certify copies of documents and return copies of documents to you by fax or mail services. (Certified copies cannot be faxed.) Various methods of payment for these services are available. The FRC requires you schedule an appointment to review records.
