Bankruptcy Court Adopts U.S. District Court Pro Hac Vice Fee

Please note that as of July 15, 2012 the Bankruptcy Court will charge a Pro Hac Vice fee for all attorneys who are not admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The fee will be the same as is currently in effect in the U.S. District Court, which is one hundred dollars ($100.) per attorney per admission. The fee is payable to the U.S. District Court. Please read the attached document for the details on how to complete the Pro Hac Vice process in the Bankruptcy Court.
