Important Court Updates Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts remains open. The offices in Boston, Worcester and Springfield are temporarily closed and information on how to file pleadings can be found in Amended Standing Order 2020-03. All hearings are being conducted telephonically and best practices for such hearings can be found below.
