COPIES OF DOCKET CARDS AND CLAIMS REGISTERS
Copies of official court dockets and claims registers are available overnight upon request. (Note that, as a matter of local practice, the court only dockets claims in ASSET CASES, i.e., cases in which it is anticipated a distribution to creditors will be made.) Copies cost 50 cents per page, payable at the time of pickup. Copies not picked up within three days of a request will be discarded. Note that the PACER terminal located on the public counter provides you with case and docket information (including claims registers, if applicable), and printouts may be obtained at 10 cents per page. For cases filed earlier than April 1, 1988, docketing is done on paper cards, rather than through the computer. You may review a paper docket and request a copy of a paper docket at the Clerk's Office.
